makayah pretending to be upset about having to go to school...
but really, she couldn't wait to go. on this day (thursday 9-2-10) it was orientation day. she only went an hour to get acquainted with the teachers - which she already was seeing as she would cry and beg to go along with isaiah to his preschool class. so she already had things down. but, nonetheless, orientation. ;)
this was on her actual first full day of preschool (tuesday 9-7-10). she was begging to go early. we got there and she shooed me out of the preschool room. i had waited around a bit since there were so many other kids crying, i wasn't sure if she'd take their lead. but, she looked around at the crying kids, and their moms...mak turned to me and said, "okay mom, you can go now...go, mom!" then she kissed and hugged me goodbye. she loves preschool and wishes she could go everyday. i'm glad she doesn't...i like having her around...my beautiful little girl. :)
oh my goodness! They're growing so fast! Too fast:( haha. They're so cute though. The thought of sending my kiddos to school breaks my heart. I want them home and in my arms forever! haha. But I know they'll be so excited to go and to learn new things and make new friends. They look so happy! And good job by the way, fighting to get Isaiah in the right class! My mom would be proud;0) She was always so good at knowing what was best for me and my siblings, whether the school agreed or not! Glad you guys are doing so well!!
ReplyDeleteMakayah is so cute! Momo was the same way, the only time he cried is when he had to leave. He didn't want to go home. So funny. Glad Isaiah is happy and loving school.
