Back in Madison
we came home to find our garden in full-bloom! we picked strawberries and kale and zucchini. the purple carrots never came up, and neither did the eggplants. but, we were so excited to make kale smoothies, zucchini bread and tomato sauce, and strawberry shortcake. oh, and our blue corn also bloomed. we love having a garden. the start of baseball season also snuck up on us. we can't wait. nothing says summer like baseball games and chili dogs. ;) ***
