Saturday
after a great day of graduation stuff,
we kicked off our weekend with lunch at panera bread.
mimzy made her way around the place like a giggling tornado would.
and grammy crowfoot kissed and cuddled little mo as much as she could.
it's hard not to stare at his adorable chubbiness.
nana, mims, and blurry makayah (she was too busy stealing lemonade).
while we waited for sam and strater to get back from chicago (car hunting), we played a game of catch.
here's umpa training his first softball player.
get ready mims...
keep those eyes open!
good catch. ;)
she loved it. obviously.
showing off her fast ball. she was a little too close for umpa's comfort.
gramms had fun activities to do with the kids. she is so crafty!
end of the year gifts for friends at school. "owl be missing you!"
when sam and strater finally came home, we drove to the post graduation BBQ with friends at hoyt park. i love this place. the food was absolutely delicious, the company was unforgettable, and the conversation and laughter - memorable.
after grandpa strater played with the kids at the park playground, they sat and chatted with gramms.
it's no surprise that mimzy needed a bath after a day in the forresty woods.
Sunday
baby blessing day. we got our little mo all dolled up for the occasion. it was really special to have both grandpas in attendance.
he did a great job during his blessing, but he was ready to head out and eat right after. ;)
finally feeding my famished babe.
and yes, another bath. :)
i think she gets dirty just so she can splash around in her bath.
they had a fun time together.
both sets of grandparents had to leave this evening. it was sad to see them go, but we had such a blast while they were here.
the end.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE his blessing outfit and accessories. Those shoes are to die for. In love!
