more cousins!

there were three boys from the crowfoot family born in the year 2004. they are second cousins, but cousins, nonetheless. and since isaiah doesn't have any boy cousins close in age to him, he has become very close to these ones. they are all such great buds.

we took some family pictures for the walkenhorsts, and then stayed, eating pizza, laughing with the aunties while the kids danced in the backyard.

it just wasn't enough play time for everyone, so we had them over for a bonfire and potluck. the boys played outside with the hammocks and treehouse.

and the girls looked for flowers, pretending to be fairies and princesses, frolicking in grassy meadows.

and mimzy, well, she chased the kitties.

these are the days worth living for. love, laughter, food, and warm summer nights.
