Last walk to school

Monday

today is our last walk to school. we're pretty sad about it.

but, by the time we arrived, our spirits had lifted, thanks to the sprinkling rain and puddles we got to splash in. one more day to play with friends at the playground...isaiah was so excited.

mimzy, on the other hand, was not. she was still trying to wipe the sleep from her eyes. 

bye VHE sign. we're going to miss passing by.

meanwhile...

daddy was watching mosiah. he had just woken up.

ahhh, sleepy daze...

hi mom...

what the?!

you're not my mom!

i'm going back to sleep. wake me when mom gets home. 

for the past few weeks, isaiah had an afar school art class. he is quite the creative cat. his creation: hot air balloon. i love it!

oh man, i love this kid. he is so talented.

buzz, hitching a ride.

and of course, the day is not complete without fishing.

sam has been so determined to catch something.

again, out with james. even the rain didn't stop these two.

today i am grateful for makayah's art work. even if her canvas just happened to be on the wall. oh well.

isaiah + makayah = best friends.
